Assess the needs of families in your church
Support pastors and their families
Train Family Champions (lay couples) to come alongside pastors and families
Develop the beginning of a family ministry strategy and plan unique to your congregation and church
Launch your family ministry strategy to the entire congregation
Train Family Champions to facilitate Your Family Journey, so every home will have a written spiritual development plan
Coach Family Champions and serve your church as a continued resource in developing and executing your long-term, unique family ministry strategy
